Description
Discover the Night Watch of the Groote Peel during a walk through the National Park in Limburg. Enjoy the wide view.
Highlights
- The reflection in the Meerbaansblaak provides different views every time you visit.
- The peat altimeter shows how high the peat used to be.
- From the watchtower you can see the vast landscape and look out over Limburg and Brabant.
- In the summer the rare mirror tadpole flies around.
The route consists of paved and unpaved path. In winter, sturdy waterproof hiking boots are recommended. Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead. The route is not suitable for disabled people.
