Xhendremael-Voeren-Sippenaeken-Epen-Sint Geertruid-Eben Emael

Spicy cross-border cycling tour that passes along the most beautiful corners of the Voer region, the Land of Herve, Dutch South Limburg and the quietest region of Belgian Limburg: the area of the marl caves. This tour is quite hilly, only recommended for experienced cyclists. There are 3 beautiful, short stretches of unpaved road on this route, but easy to ride on, even with a road bike if it is equipped with wire tires and not with tubes: the first just after the border crossing after Sippenaeken along the Geul, the second stretch offers a beautiful panoramic view view over South Limburg and is located between Banholt and Herkenrade at km 62, the third strip is the border crossing between Mesch and Moelingen. This tour does not have its own signage.
