You drive to Garderen between fields and meadows. Then you cycle through one of the oldest forests in the Netherlands: the Speulderbos. On a foggy day, the crooked oak and beech trunks look like dancing nymphs. Get off at the Ermelose Heide Visitor Center for a look at the sheepfold. On the heath you then have beautiful views of the cultural landscape. Maybe you'll see the flock of sheep passing by. Then you drive over the Elspeetse Heide and the Gortelse Heide, among others. You will also pass through the Vierhouter Bos where you will see whimsical oaks and majestic beech trees that are more than 200 years old. Finally, you drive through the vast forests of the Crown Domain: what silence you experience here!
