Description
A very nice loop over the relatively flat side of the western Veluwe. An occasional hill, but no heavy climbs. A beautiful varied tour through forest, heath, fields and grass. You will find good terraces near Kootwijk (3/4 of the way). For the last 1/4 you come to Boerderij De Mossel, in the middle of the sheep on the heath, for the best apple pie in the area. Almost everything is on good asphalt/paved cycle path and traffic-calmed.
