The route starts and ends at the square in front of the Conscious Motel.

At the van Hallstraat we cross the Haarlemmervaart.

We enter the Waterleidingterrein and walk past Café Restaurant Amsterdam to the van Hogendorpstraat. There we take it from Bossepad along the Eastern Market Canal. After two bridges we are at the Bolwerk and the Ruige Speelplek where our resting point is and the stand with refreshments will be located.

When we continue, we walk along the Willem de Zwijgerlaan. We walk back to the starting point past windmill De Bloem and Vredenhof.
