Discover the peace and space at Zwolle

First you pass De Valk, a corn mill from 1860. Then you cycle along the IJssel and the green floodplains. Get a breath of fresh air while you cycle to Kampen. In this old Hanseatic town you will see many beautiful monumental buildings on the quay. You cross the IJssel via the Stadsbrug. Look back for a moment, you will have a beautiful view of Kampen. Then the medieval Polder Mastenbroek awaits you. Occasionally there are mounds in the landscape. They were raised by farmers who had no confidence in the then new technique of poldering. The route takes you along the Zwarte Water for a while, after which you cross the IJssel with a ferry. You end this beautiful route at Restaurant De Oase.
