At junction 21 you will find the castle"t Munnikenhof\\\" on the right side, which used to be the property of Jacob Cats. He bought this in 1605, after his marriage to the Belgian Elizabeth van Antwerp. It is a remnant of the late medieval Uithof of the Middelburg Abbey that was converted into a country estate from XVII A. National monument 28125.
You will pass (close) Pannenkoek - en Speelboerderij, Molen DE KLEINE JOHANNES in Serooskerke, Vrouwepolderseweg 55a, Serooskerke. tel: 0118 594423. They are open every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. The entrance is free. Here you can, while enjoying a drink, snack, a delicious fresh Zeeland pancake, while your children play, enjoy the Zeeland views in the beautiful Zeeland landscape.
