Reitdiep ferry route

We start and end this route at junction 63 in Adorp. Via the route description we cycle through the river valley area of the Reitdiep up to node 45 at Schaphalsterzijl. There we make the crossing to Aduarderzijl with the pedestrian and cyclist ferry. The sailing time is approximately fifteen minutes. All kinds of practical information, such as the price of a one-way ticket or a return ticket, sailing dates, sailing times and other useful information can be found at www.reitdiepveer.nl At Aduarderzijl we pick up the cycling route description again at junction 47 and cycle the last kilometers through the Groningen land to junction 63 near Adorp where we also started. You can also shorten the route by 5 to 6 kilometers. In that case, you deviate from the route description at node 1 and return there via nodes 64 and 62 to node 63 at Adorp: the final destination of our bicycle tour. There is also sufficient free parking space in Adorp for the car with bicycle hanger.
