On the Rijn-Schie Canal you will see the Sint-Huybrechtstoren and the Rietveldse Toren: two remaining towers of the medieval city walls. On the Delftweg you pass the Delftse Pauw, a seventeenth-century pottery factory.
New Stone
You will also be introduced to the green face of Delft: the route takes you past the Agneta Park and Wilhelmina Park. You will pass the Oost-Indisch Huis, the former Delft branch of the VOC from 1631. The Nieuwe Steen from 1620 is one of the last sights. This town hall is built around the Oude Steen, a tower that is the oldest building in Delft.
