Cycling through Hulst and the Ossenisse Polders

In East Zeeland Flanders you cycle through a region of beautiful views. In Hulst you experience the charm of the most Flemish city in the Netherlands. You start your tour just outside Zaamslag. The town hall of this picturesque village dates from 1904. The Protestant Church from 1898. Further on you cycle past the private nature reserve Groot Eiland. This freshwater swamp is surrounded by creeks. The next pleasant town is Kloosterzande. Here you see the beautiful monumental town hall. On the other side of the dike you look out over the medieval polders of Ossenisse. After more than fifty kilometers you arrive back at your starting point in Zaamslag!
