Grootbroek / Hasselterbroek [Stramproy / Molenbeersel]

That is downright disastrous. The Belgians and Limburgers turn it into a treasure hunt, because the junctions do not indicate any direction! Without a ticket you simply have to search for tracks and that is terribly irritating! So you really MUST take the map with you and figure out which way to walk at each junction.

PARKING SPOT:

I found the starting point itself difficult to find and I didn't walk much of the route. In any case, I have come across few alternatives.

ENVIRONMENT:

This is a protected nature reserve, with special places for bird watchers and the like. Although the paths along the water are very narrow in the beginning, the rest of the route (as far as I was able to follow it) is easily passable. Long trousers are recommended.
