Historic Geertruidenberg
You soon cross the river De Donge to Geertruidenberg, from the bridge you have a beautiful view. You walk along the former fortress moat over the remains of the old fortifications. In the center of Geertruidenberg you can easily experience the historic atmosphere, what a beautiful place!
Raamsdonksveer
You cross the Donge again, after which you walk through the quiet and green countryside. Then you walk back into the pleasant Raamsdonksveer. Here you will see some beautiful monumental houses, and you will also have a view of the Reformed Church of 1880. You can also taste the history at Fort Lunet. The fortress dates back to 1839 and was constructed during the Belgian Struggle for Independence.
