The route starts in Westfeld, where you walk through the"Schwarzes Siepen\\\" nature protection area and over the"Hintersten Hohen Knochen\\\" to the"Kahlen Asten\\\", the third highest mountain in the Sauerland. Enjoy the beautiful view from there before you hike again via the hunting lodges, via the"Vorderesten Hohen Knochen\\\" and back to Westfeld.
Beautiful views - from here you can see the Feldberg and also the Brocken. There are also various opportunities for children to learn about nature in the Sauerland. Varied landscapes and small paths are a feature of this route and show you how beautiful nature in the Sauerland is.
