The lower reaches of the rivers Agger, Sülz and Sieg are ideal for cycling with the whole family. In the vast and flat landscape of the floodplains you hardly have to climb a slope. The Agger-Sülz cycle route runs almost continuously independently of road traffic on mainly natural roads through a very varied cultural landscape. To discover the entire route, the starting or ending points are displayed. finish Rösrath and Overath stations are recommended, as both places are connected by a local train. From Bergisch Gladbach, an access road leads to the Agger-Sülz cycle route to Rösrath, which runs almost entirely through the Königsforst forest area. The Agger-Sülz cycle route and its access road are signposted throughout. In Sankt Augustin there is a connection to the Sieg cycle route that continues in the direction of Bonn or Hennef, in Bergisch Gladbach there is a connection to the Strunde cycle route in the direction of Cologne.
