De Colckhof is an estate with country estate located in Laag Zuthem in the municipality of Raalte. De Colckhof has a size of 40 hectares, of which 25 hectares consists of forest. The area has been owned by the Vereniging Natuurmonumenten since 1989.

More than fifty species of birds breed on the Colckhof. The cows that graze here are Lakenvelders, an old breed. The oak coppice groves are'harvested\\\' every fifteen years.

Walk on roads and paths is free. A circular walk of three km in length is marked, which also connects to the walking route on the neighboring Den Alerinck estate.

\\\'t Rozendael
't Rozendael has developed since its first mention in 1394 from an ordinary farmyard to a country estate. Initially there was a so-called Spieker on this site, intended for the storage of grain. From the 17th century't Rozendael was used as a pleasure place for the owners of Zwolle. In the 19th century't Rozendael came into the possession of the preacher J. Koster van Houten, who had the main building renovated and expanded. The Van Ittersum family acquired this country estate in the 20th century. In order to maintain the property, the estate was transferred to a foundation in 1939, the Baron van Ittersum Fund. Since that time, the estate has been further expanded, including the purchase of land from the adjacent Nijenhuis.

In 1999, the country estate was designated as a national monument and in 2000 it was registered in the national monument register. In addition to the country house, the monumental protected complex also includes the coach house with barn, the park, the access bridge, a wall with a grape greenhouse, the dovecote and various garden ornaments.

The dovecote, located on a meadow in front of the country house, is painted in red and white, colors that refer to the coat of arms of the Van Ittersum family.

The Foundation/Castle Het Nijenhuis
The Nijenhuis is an estate with manor house located between Wijhe and Heino. Two construction houses flank the square in front of the castle. Buildings and surrounding parkland are used by Museum De Fundatie as exhibition space for visual arts.

The manor house is first mentioned in the archives in 1382. The current castle partly dates from 1680. Several well-known noble families, including descendants from the Van Ittersum, Bentinck and Van Pallandt families, lived in it. In 1870, two large residential towers were added by the then owner Von Knobelsdorff.

Plaskerk
The Plaskerk in Raalte is now used by the Protestants, but was built in the Middle Ages as a Roman Catholic church.

The church is without doubt the oldest building in Raalte. The building has been regularly renovated and enlarged over the centuries. In the 14th century, the Romanesque choir was replaced by a more spacious Gothic choir, and in the 16th century the raised nave was added. Not long after, the Eighty Years' War began and the church was destroyed.

Rebuilding began at the end of the 16th century. In 1673, the walls were about to collapse, so the village blacksmith had to install tie rods and wall anchors, which are still visible today. In 1694 the tower collapsed. Because it turned out that the Romanesque foundations, which consisted of blocks of iron ore, were not very strong, the tower was not higher than the church itself when it was rebuilt, a situation that continued until the restoration of 1969.

Basilica of the Holy Cross Exaltation
The Basilica of the Holy Cross Exaltation on Kerkstraat in Raalte is a Roman Catholic basilica in neo-Gothic style. The H. Cross elevation was built in the years 1891-1892.

On April 25, 1992, the church building was awarded the honorary title of basilica minor by the Roman Congregation for Divine Worship. Cardinal Simonis has proclaimed the elevation to basilica in the celebration of the centenary of the church.

Maria Ascension
This church on Canadastraat in Heino replaced an older church that was inaugurated on February 16, 1858. However, after more than half a century it was in poor condition. Hence the new construction in 1923-\\\'24.  In the Second World War, the church and parish house were damaged and the bells were stolen by the occupying forces. The war damage has been repaired.

Nicholas Church
The Nicholas Church is a church from the year 1236, in the center of Heino.
