Description
The route starts in Einruhr and runs around the Obersee - along the Urftsee dam, through Rurberg and then over the Paulushof dam. The landscape is dominated by dense deciduous forest.
Along the way there are numerous opportunities for an outdoor picnic, where you can enjoy the view of the lake.
From the Urft reservoir you walk back over the Eifelsteig. If the entire circular walk is too long, you can shorten the tour with a boat trip on the Obersee. (Shipping/Season: April - October)
