Lieutenant Colonel Tonnet barracks in't Harde
The Lieutenant Colonel Tonnet Barracks is located directly next to the railway station, which has a loading and unloading platform for vehicles. The barracks accommodate, among other things, the Artillery Department and the Defense Geography Department.

Dutch Artillery Museum
The museum's pavilions are located at a height of 60 meters on top of 'De Knobbel'. When the weather is clear you have a beautiful view of the heathland landscape of the North Veluwe. The exhibition is housed in various beautiful national monuments (from the end of the 19th century), located in a park in the English landscape style.

The museum is located at the Legerplaats near Oldebroek, so identification is also required at the guard.

Army station near Oldebroek
Artillery shooting camp at't Harde dates from the 19th century. It is a training ground for artillery weapons of the Dutch armed forces.

In the second half of the 19th century, a new shooting range was constructed on the heathland near Oldebroek where the artillery could practice. The problem with the existing shooting ranges was that they became too short for modern weapons. On behalf of the then Minister of War, a new site was therefore sought, which had to be centrally located and easily accessible by both road and water. In 1875 the necessary land was purchased by the ministry. In 1877, the Fortress Artillery Regiment was allowed to fire its first shots. From 1878, the Artillery Shooting School (ASS) from Zwolle was responsible for the training, which has since taken place annually from May 1 to November 1.

In the beginning the soldiers slept in tents, later three wooden barracks were added. Then stone buildings were added and it gradually grew into the Army site at Oldebroek.

Nowadays, infantry mortar units also practice at the ASK.

Princess Margriet Barracks in Wezep
The Princess Margriet Barracks was built after the occupation in 1940 according to a German design. The barracks are adjacent to the Oldebroekse Heide, one of the largest military training areas in the Netherlands.
