Description
Put on your walking shoes for a beautiful trip through the Mastbos. This extensive nature reserve is never boring. Not even if you live in Breda and get some fresh air every week. The Mastbos is one of the oldest cultivated forests in the Netherlands. You will soon pass the Seven Heuveltjes: 7 elevations in the landscape. Further on you walk along the stately Bouvignedreef, an avenue that leads to a beautiful castle. The winding paths take you past Scots pine, American oak and beech, but also past fens and a heathland. As you stroll along the charming paths, you quickly lose track of time.
