Description
Walcheren is like your great love: you never get tired of it. You will find beautiful old towns, such as Veere and Domburg. It is quiet in the polder, and you can get a breath of fresh air by the sea. The route starts at the edge of the Veerse Meer. You will soon pass the first beautiful sight on the route: the town of Veere. Here you can enjoy the unique atmosphere and conviviality. Halfway you will pass Frieterie De Bostent in Oostkapelle. Here you can take a break and eat delicious artisan fries with a snack, or just have a cup of coffee and a soft ice cream. In the polders it is nice and quiet to cycle between the meadows and fields. You pass through characteristic villages such as Serooskerke and Oostkapelle. What a beautiful region!
