Description

Would you like to enjoy a day of Brabant's rich history and nature? Then this route is tailor-made for you. First you cycle along the Zuidwal of 's-Hertogenbosch. Here you will see, among other things, the Bastion Oranje, which was built in 1634. Then you drive through the Bossche Broek, a nature reserve located in the Dommeldal. At junction 64 you pass the Haanwijk Estate, further on is Nieuw-Herlaer, a centuries-old castle. In Sint-Michielsgestel you cross the Dommel again and you will see, among other things, the fifteenth-century detached church tower. Just past junction 39 you cycle across the estate of Kasteel Heeswijk. Finally, you drive through the historic city center of Den Bosch, passing St. John's Cathedral. Enjoy a delicious meal at Grandcafe & Boutique Hotel KASerne.
