Through the polder over the Kampersluis

You start through the meadows with beautiful trees along the road. Then you arrive in Dronten, one of the places that emerged from the polder. Construction of Dronten started in 1960. That's why you see fairly new houses everywhere in Dronten. You mainly see stone houses with roof tiles, but also houses with straw roofs. You can enjoy many views during this route. The view shows many meadows and windmills abound in the polder. When you cycle through the meadows, after a while you will come across the Roggebotsebos. This forest is a very beautiful young forest in the polder, where you can cycle in the shade. On the Colijnweg you cycle over the Kampersluis. The Kampersluis was repaired in September 2016. Then you cycle through the beautiful meadows via Dronten to Swifterbant. Unique in Swifterbant is that the highest house numbers are closest to the center.
