Pancake walk to the Renderkcliffs

Looking for the flock of sheep on the heath of the Renderklippen! Besides sheep, you can also encounter other animals here, such as red deer, roe deer, badgers and pine martens. Just a cup of coffee at Pancake Restaurant De Ossenstal and then: off you go. You walk through the coniferous forests to the beautiful rolling heathland of the Renderklippen. The height differences on the heather-covered moraines suddenly give your walk extra cachet. The Renderklippen is one of the quiet places in the Netherlands. The Veluwe was created during the Ice Age by glaciers that built moraines, followed by large sand drifts in the Middle Ages due to forest clearing.
