Tilburg is a cozy and beautiful city. Ideal for exploring by bicycle. In the outlying area you will find beautiful nature reserves, such as the Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park.
On quiet paths you drive here for many kilometers between the coniferous and deciduous trees. Enjoy the silence and the fresh forest air. In between you drive through Giersbergen, a hamlet where time seems to have stood still. You will see beautiful monumental thatched farms. Further on you drive through De Brand, a small-scale landscape with old forest and small meadows.
Red Bike Path
In Udenhout you can see some monumental Kempen long-gable farms. You will also pass Landgoed De Strijdhoeve. Just outside Tilburg you drive through the Noorderbos, which was created in 2001, where you mainly see pedunculate oaks and robinia\'s. You can also see plenty of nature in Tilburg itself. For example, you will pass the Wilhelminapark: with its old trees and stately buildings, one of the most beautiful places in Tilburg. From the Boomstraat you cycle on the famous Red Cycle Path that dates from 1977!
