Wide views
You can take a nice quiet walk here, so that you can enjoy the views at your leisure. After a while you will enter Landgoed Volenbeek. The flowery meadows soon make way for dense forests where you walk between a mix of coniferous and deciduous trees. How quiet it is here!
Castle Gardens
The last part of the route you walk on low-traffic roads through the wide landscape. Around Kasteel De Vanenburg you can take a look at the castle gardens. Here are some special old trees. Also note the way in which the estate was arranged by Philip Vingboons: the seventeenth-century division of dimensions has been well preserved and is therefore of great cultural-historical importance.
