Discover the Brabant Kempen

Get on your bike and take a tour through the beautiful Brabantse Kempen. This area is also known as the Land of the Eight Beatitudes. Along the way you can enjoy the rich history of this Burgundian border region. Nature Gate TerSpegelt is the starting point of this route. From here you cycle on a new cycle path through the woods to the pearl of the Brabantse Kempen: the Cartierheide. From the Cartierheide you continue your course through the Belgian part of the Kempen past the Abbey in Postel. This Romanesque abbey church was built in 1140 by Premonstratensians. Eventually you will arrive back at Natuurpoort TerSpegelt. Here you can settle down at Natuurpoort Terspegelt for a tasty snack and a drink in a beautiful location. Take a seat on the sunny terrace, on the veranda by the fireplace or in the restaurant.
