You will find various historical sights in Oostvoorne and Brielle. In the countryside it is beautiful to walk in the wide polder.
Oostvoorne
From Eetcafé Centraal Oostvoorne you walk towards Kerkplein. Here you will see the beautiful fifteenth-century village church, the tower dates from 1300. Further on you will also see some beautiful old buildings along the road, such as the Shoemaker's House on Burgemeester Letteweg. You walk along the leafy footpath into the polder. Get a breath of fresh air while looking out over the vast grasslands and arable lands.
Brielle
From a distance you can see the church tower of the fifteenth-century Grote Kerk of Brielle slowly approaching. Just before you reach this old fortified city, you will also notice the old ramparts, beautiful! You walk through the Langepoort from 1704 into historic Brielle. You will see many centuries-old buildings here, such as on Langestraat. What a nice atmosphere! You walk back through the polder to the cozy terrace of Eetcafé Centraal Oostvoorne.
