Inn "In den Bockenreyder" big walk

This route starts in the middle of De Utrecht. This estate was developed in 1898 as a financial investment by life insurance company De Utrecht. A large part of the estate is planted with Scots pines and Douglas firs. As you walk along winding and straight forest paths in this tranquil and vast nature reserve, civilization seems very far away. Ideal for a day of relaxation. Every now and then you have beautiful views over flower-rich grasslands. Just before the end of the route you walk past a lookout tower between the Flaes and the Goorven - vulnerable nature reserves that you can get a good look at from the top. The route starts and ends on the nice terrace of Herberg"In den Bockenreyder\\\". Enjoy your walk here afterwards with a snack and drink.
