Tour of Egmond aan Zee

Your cycling route starts at Bike Shop Egmond. Cycling through the dunes, past the bulb fields to the lovely town of Alkmaar, and a short distance along a beautiful lake: you can't beat this varied route! On the way to the lovely historic Alkmaar you drive through the North Holland polder landscape. Wide views and the many watercourses make this a beautiful route, but the famous bulb cultivation gives an idyllic accent to the area during the season. It is not annoying to step away every now and then and enjoy the beautiful color shades. After Alkmaar you will come across a beautiful old mill, the Noordermolen. You also cycle a bit along the Uitgeestermeer. Via Egmond-Binnen you drive back to Egmond aan Zee.
