Enjoy a tour in the border region

The route starts at Brasserie Abdijbos near the former Volksabdij, a municipal monument. At this cozy Natuurpoort you can enjoy coffee with something sweet before you drive into the woods of De Zoom. It is nice and quiet cycling in this beautiful nature reserve. Part of the area is located on the Brabantse Wal, so the path slopes slightly. Putte is bisected by the Belgian-Dutch border, it is nice to discover the differences here. In Belgium, too, you cycle through the woods for a long time. Just above Kapellen you drive through a beautifully green residential area. Further on you come across the vast Kalmthoutse Heide. A beautiful place that combines peace and beautiful views. There are a few quiet fens on the heath, it is worth getting off here!
