To Scheveningen and downtown The Hague

This fun and varied route takes you past the country estates near Wassenaar, but also through the lovely Scheveningen and the heart of The Hague. Green, city, dunes, what a beautiful trip! This route starts at Camping De Drie Morgen. In the farm shop you can stock up on some delicious fresh produce for on the way. In the hamlet of Wilsveen you will see a monumental farm from 1899. In the wooded area you will pass the country estate De Wittenburg, before you cycle through the beautiful Oud en Nieuw-Wassenaar. A little later you will cycle into Meijendel, an extensive and varied dune and nature reserve. In the lee behind the dune there is deep silence. Sometimes you hear the wind, then again the melodious song of birds. Wonderful! You cycle back via the lovely Westerpark.
