To Scheveningen and downtown The Hague

This fun, varied route takes you past the country estates near Wassenaar, but also through the lovely Scheveningen and the heart of The Hague. Green, city, dunes, what a beautiful trip! This route starts at Camping De Drie Morgen. In the farm shop you can stock up on some tasty fresh products for the road. In the hamlet of Wilsveen you will see a monumental farm from 1899. In the wooded area you will pass the De Wittenburg country estate before you cycle through the beautiful Oud en Nieuw-Wassenaar. A little later you drive into Meijendel, a vast and varied dune and nature reserve. There is deep silence in the shelter behind the dune. Sometimes you hear the wind, other times the melodious song of birds. Delicious! You cycle back via the nice Westerpark.
