First you enter the Brabant countryside. Further on you cycle through the historical centre of Boxtel. Here you see the thirteenth-century St. Peter's Basilica. In the Dommeldal it is nice and quiet cycling through an old cultural landscape of fields and meadows. You pass Slot Den Hulst, which originally dates from the fourteenth century. You cycle through the Scheeken, a nature reserve where the characteristic poplar landscape of the Meierij is at its most beautiful. In the heart of Best you can take a look at the St. Odulphus Church. Further on you cycle through the protected village view of Oirschot. Here you see several beautiful monumental buildings. At the Vrijthof is the Mariakerk: a twelfth-century building in Romanesque style. You also pass the St. Peter's Basilica from the fifteenth century. The route ends with a terrace at Hoeve 1827.
