Description
You can take a beautiful walk on the hilly border of Limburg and Gelderland. You walk through the Groesbeekse Bos, over the Sint-Jansberg and over the Mookerheide. To enjoy!
Groesbeek forest
You walk straight into the Groesbeekse Bos. It is an old nature reserve in which you will find avenues of beech, oak, birch and coniferous trees. A little further on you climb the wooded hills that belong to the Sint-Jansberg nature reserve. What a wonderfully quiet walk in this region!
Mookerheide
You walk along the edge of the Plasmolen hamlet, further on the route leads you over a footpath that is surrounded by trees and shrubs. Occasionally you have beautiful views of the meadows in the valley. After you have walked into the forest, you soon arrive at the Mookerheide. The footpath takes you along the edge of this rolling moorland. What a beautiful walk here!
