E-bike route Hanseatic cities: Elburg and Hattem

From't Harde you first cycle straight across the Oldebroekse Heide. A little later it is quiet among the coniferous trees of the Veluwe. At Wapenveld you drive into the IJsselvallei. Then you drive through the Petrea Estate to the Drontermeer. You should definitely get off in Hattem to discover the nice Hanseatic town with its beautiful old center. Stop immediately for a cup of coffee at Plaza De Haven. The route also takes you through the Hanseatic city of Elburg. Take the time to look around at the many beautiful historic buildings - with an ice cream in hand from the Casa Piccola Ice Cream Parlor! Also note the characteristic cobblestone sidewalks in front of some old houses, which are protected by Monuments. These sidewalks are made of white cobblestones and have inlaid figures of black cobblestones.
