Description

After a cup of coffee on the terrace of Camping Domein Groot Besselink, you set off. The campsite is located near the picturesque Almen, where you can still taste the atmosphere of the past in the village center. Your starting point is at a ferry on the banks of the Berkel. A beautiful route through the green Achterhoek leads you to Den Bramel Castle. In picturesque Vorden you can enjoy the characteristic atmosphere. Here you will see, among other things, the village church, which originally dates from the thirteenth century. Vorden is a real castle village. The origins of Vorden Castle, just outside the town, go all the way back to the fourteenth century. A little further on you will see the nineteenth century mill Ons Belang in the hamlet of Linde, where the miller regularly gives guided tours. You cycle back to your starting point via Ruurlo and Lochem.
