Description

In the green north of the Antwerp Kempen you drive through a mosaic of fields and meadows, along stream valleys and old farms. It is so quiet here that you only hear your wheels on the asphalt. Delicious refueling!

Northern Garden
This route starts near the Belgian-Dutch border. With this tour you will discover the Noordertuin of Antwerp, a tourist area that includes the natural north of the Antwerp Kempen and numerous small villages and towns. In the countryside it is wonderfully quiet to make miles. You have beautiful views over the fields and babbling brooks. You regularly pass a historic farm. It's still old-fashioned quiet here. You notice that very well on the bike!

The Mike
It is wonderful to cycle through nature around Brecht in Belgium. A beautiful environment that inspired the Renaissance poet Jan van der Noot in the sixteenth century. In the beautiful park De Mik - a former arboretum - you can make a stopover on the cozy terrace of Kinderboerderij Mikerf. On the way back you will discover the Belgian nature reserve Domein Noordheuvel. You cycle between the deciduous trees, most of them are more than 120 years old!
