Description
Around Rotterdam you will find numerous large and small rivers and lakes, along which beautiful cycle paths lead. This way you can drive in and out of the center almost unnoticed, an experience! You first drive a long way along the Rotte, the peat river to which Rotterdam owes its name. It is wonderfully peaceful to cycle along this meandering river. Before you know it you are right in the center! From a distance you can already see the Euromast: with its 185 meter high top, this is the highest observation tower in the Netherlands. You drive right past Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, nice to get off for a while. The further east you cycle, the more rural Rotterdam becomes.
