Enjoy the rolling hills

From Bocholtz, you'll embark on a bike tour through the Heuvelland region. Bring your passport, as you'll be visiting three countries today! Shortly after boarding, you'll pass through the German village of Orsbach. Further on, you'll cycle through Lemiers, a border village where you'll see several beautiful historic buildings. And then it's time to test your calf muscles, as you climb via Holset to the Vijlenerbos forest. An effort that will be richly rewarded with stunning panoramas. You'll cross the border, after which you can explore the Voerstreek region in peace. Back in the Netherlands, the route leads you through villages like Slenaken and Gulpen. Here you'll see the half-timbered houses, chapels, wayside crosses, and square farms that so vividly define South Limburg's cultural history. The route ends at Lunchcafe Oud Bocholtz.
