Your walking route starts at Hotel Meyer, after an overnight stay or just a cup of coffee. From Bergen aan Zee you can easily walk into the North Holland Dune Reserve. An extensive nature reserve with dunes and forests where it is wonderfully peaceful to walk. First you walk to the Parnassia Park, a beautiful native garden where more than 200 plant species grow. You then enter the North Holland Dune Reserve, where the sloping path takes you through high and rugged dunes. A beautiful landscape to shake off the daily routine. Further on you walk into the woods. In the lee it can be wonderfully quiet, you only hear the wind and some birds. You can get some fresh air on the beach. Variety is an asset on the beautiful Dutch coast!
