Schoorl is excellent to explore on foot. Put on your walking shoes for a route full of nature and beautiful old buildings.
Climbing dune
This more than 50 meters high dune is located at the bottom of the center of Schoorl, a unique attraction. You can climb this dune for a nice view or continue your route that leads you through the forest of the Schoorlse Duinen. What a nice walking path!
Town Hall Schoorl
The Kijkduin is a beautiful flour mill from 1772. From here you walk through De Nollen, a small forest area. A little later you walk through the Aagtdorperpolder. It is nice to walk here through the wide landscape of grasslands and ditches. Back in Schoorl you pass the Reformed Church from 1783. The beautiful Town Hall dates from 1601, what a picture!
