Description
The route starts in Maria-Hoop in the Netherlands, but immediately crosses the border to Waldfeucht in Germany. This is the southernmost point of this long-distance route. Here the Duchy of Gelre bordered the Duchy of Gulik and the Prince-Bishopric of Liège. Then you cycle north along the German-Dutch border to Karken and then turn to Wassenberg to the east.
