Walking through the Poelbos and 's Heer-Arendskerke

This route takes you through the Poelbos, one of the few forests on South Beveland. You also walk through the picturesque's Heer-Arendskerke.

Poelbos
The Poelbos is a relatively young forest that was developed in exchange for the construction of a business park near Goes. You will see alders and willows here, poplars, ash, oak and beech grow on the higher plots. There is also shrubbery to admire and there are some brushwood and reed beds. A lovely forest to stroll through.

Ringdorp
In's Heer-Arendskerke you will find the ring that characterizes so many old Zeeland villages. In the middle of the ring is the beautiful fifteenth-century village church. You can also see some beautiful old farms around the village. In the polder you walk between vast grasslands and fruit orchards. What a silence!
