From Grave you cycle into the Brabant countryside. And you notice it immediately: how wonderfully quiet it is here! Cycling between the mosaic of fields, grasslands, woods and streams you will completely relax. You cycle along the edges of the Reekse Heide nature reserve. Here you will find the Hellemolen, a restored corn mill from 1832. The Mariamolen is a corn mill from 1802. It is one of the few hexagonal mills that the Netherlands still has. Further on you cycle through the Ossenbroek estate, where you will see a mix of forest, cultivated land, oak lanes and hedgerows. As small as Grave is, the fortified town has around 130 national monuments. You will therefore find a nice historical atmosphere here. Café de Gouden Leeuw dates from 1750. This former hotel is now a cozy café.
Below you will find various suggestions for breaks that you can visit during your route. These are divided into different categories, making it easy for you to choose.
