Cycling route over Walcheren

On Walcheren you will find a beautiful combination of forests, vast polders and views over the water. You will also pass through characteristic Zeeland towns such as Domburg. The start and end point of this route is Frieterie De Bostent in Oostkapelle. An ideal place to end your bike ride with a soft ice cream or a tasty bowl of artisanal fries. During the route you will pass the Duinbeek estate with its classicist main building from the eighteenth century. In the old cozy seaside resort of Domburg you will see some beautiful monumental buildings. On the Markt you can see the former town hall from 1567 and the fifteenth-century church. From the dike along Westkapelle you have beautiful views of the sea and the village. Stop at Het Polderhuis, museums & more for a museum visit!
