Cycling through idyllic Twente

You start this route at Restaurant met Speeltuin Kakelbont. A unique location to enjoy a terrace with coffee or something tasty, before you cycle into the countryside. Here you will find the famous Twente coulisse landscape of rolling fields, streams and woods. How nice it is to make kilometers here. Ootmarsum is one of the most beautiful towns in Twente, mainly because it has managed to retain its historical character. You automatically switch back here to enjoy the special and friendly atmosphere. About halfway you can make a stop at Kakelbont, before you cycle to Lattrop. Further on you cycle past Bergvennen, a nature reserve with damp grasslands and fens. Via the beautiful Tilligte you cycle back to Kakelbont. Time to refuel!
