The beautiful landscape along the Dinkel

In the area of the Dinkel you cycle through the beautiful Twente countryside. You also cross the border with Germany to discover a few charming places.

Bad Bentheim
The route starts at Hotel & Restaurant Mössems . Then you cycle to Denekamp, a village on the Dinkel where you can still experience the real Twente coziness. You will also see the thirteenth-century St. Nicholas Church. In the natural countryside it is wonderfully quiet to make kilometers. Before you know it, you are driving through Germany. Here you will discover the nice towns of Bad Bentheim and Gildehaus.

Lutterzand
Back in the Netherlands, you cycle a bit through the Lutterzand, a beautiful nature reserve on the Dinkel. The mixed forests smell wonderfully fresh. You can also taste a refreshing silence. Further on, you come across the Dinkel again, namely at Huis Singraven. A nice place to enjoy the rippling water and the historical atmosphere. After getting off, you end your day in style with something tasty in the tearoom of Mössems.
