Kabouterroute around Warmond for the little ones

VVV Warmond is the starting point of this route. From there you can take a trip to the recreational island of Koudenhoorn. You will find all kinds of fun things for children to do here. For example, visit the petting zoo on this island. After a break at Brasserie Coazy you walk to the estate around Huys te Warmont. Along the way you will pass Park Groot Leerrust, a beautiful area that consists of the formerly private garden of the Groot Leerrust country house. From here you walk further to Park Landgoed Huys in Warmont. It is not that big, but in the fall you can enjoy beautiful oak avenues in autumn colors and a beautiful view over the dream pond. The foundations of the country house on the Huys te Warmont estate date from the 12th or 13th century.
