You cycle along the river to Ouderkerk aan den IJssel where you cross the water with a bicycle ferry. You take a tour of the Hitland nature reserve. You can get off at Muller&Co Nieuwerkerk for a delicious meal before heading back to Ouderkerk aan den IJssel. Here you will pass, among other things, the fifteenth-century village church in which the mausoleum of Nassau-LaLecq is located. The last kilometers you drive through the vast Krimpenerwaard.
