Description
In the Randstad you will find many busy cities, but you can also relax in beautiful nature reserves. In the vicinity of Delft and Rotterdam you will find, for example, the green Delfland. On this route you cross this piece of nature with meadows, windmills and historic villages between the busy cities.
Mills in the polders
This route leads you through the wider area of Schipluiden. The landscape here mainly consists of green polders and waterways that are used to drain the water from the polders. Furthermore, this area is known for the many windmills that can be found there. On this route you will pass the flour mill De Korpershoek and the Oude Molen. Windmill De Korpershoek was built on the site where several windmills used to be. These earlier mills all went up in flames. The current mill was built around 1950. In 1991 the mill was restored again.
Pavilion't Center
At the end of the route you will arrive at Paviljoen't Middelpunt. Take a seat here for a tasty snack and a drink with a view of the water. A cup of coffee, lunch or an extensive dinner, you will find it all here. Lets eat!

In Schipluiden you will find the Tram Station Museum. The name of this museum probably suggests that this museum is located in the old tram station of Schipluiden.
