Hoenderloo - Loenense Waterfall - Loenermark

The starting point of this route is Landal Miggelenberg in Hoenderloo. Junction 12 is close by. The route takes you via the Krimweg and a short distance parallel to the A50 to the war memorial De Woeste Hoeve. The route continues through the forest to the Loenense Waterfall. The highest waterfall in the Netherlands, beautifully situated. Back at the Beekbergerweg we let go of the junctions for a while. In Loenen we choose a forest path and head south to the beautiful heathland of the Loenermark. We leave the junctions loose to avoid duplications and to optimally enjoy the heath. From there, head north again into the forest to junctions 87 and 28. At this last junction you can choose to drive a short distance to Loenen to visit the Loenen Honorary Cemetery. The route itself takes you back to the A50 and the Woeste Hoeve war memorial. We then choose junctions 9 and 2 for the last part to return to the starting point (possibly via IJs van Ko).
