Tour of Sallandse Heuvelrug and Lettele

This route takes you through the Salland region. And where else is the best place to start this route than in the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park! The first part of the route takes you through the woods. Then you cycle through the rural area west of Holten. Here you drive on car-free roads through a quiet scenic landscape. In Dijkerhoek you pass De Hegeman, a mill from 1890. In Lettele you can get off at Restaurant BRAS-KOER. Enjoy a delicious meal here before you drive to De Oostermaet Estate. During the Second World War, the Germans fired V1 rockets here. The remains of the launch pad have been made visible along the Oerdijk and you will find an information board with explanations. You drive back into the national park via Nieuw Heeten.
